A quarter of a century of patient maturation in predominantly sherry seasoned European oak casks on The Macallan Estate has resulted in The Macallan Sherry Oak 25 Years Old. This is a rare and distinguished single malt, with an intensely rich and complex flavour profile of raisin, crystallised ginger and rich oak.
Doft
Dried orange slices, raisins, sultanas and apricot with ginger syrup and oak.
Smak
Palate: Rich dried fruits, black cherries and chocolate with crystallised ginger and toasted almonds. Finish: Long with dried fruits, dark chocolate and oak.
